Cancellation Policy
Tom Andrews Sports Physio
This Cancellation Policy applies to all appointments booked with Tom Andrews Sports Physio.
By booking an appointment, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Notice of cancellation
If you are unable to attend your appointment, please cancel or reschedule as soon as possible.
We ask that cancellations are made as early as possible to allow the appointment time to be offered to other clients.
Deposits
A £15 deposit is required for:
Physiotherapy appointments; and
60-minute appointments booked online.
This deposit secures your appointment time and is deducted from the total cost of your appointment.
Deposits are non-refundable, including in the event of cancellation.
Late cancellations and non-attendance
If you cancel your appointment or fail to attend:
the £15 deposit will be retained; and
no additional cancellation fee will be charged.
There is no further charge for missed appointments beyond the deposit already paid.
Practitioner cancellations
In the unlikely event that we need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we will:
contact you as soon as possible; and
offer an alternative appointment time.
Any deposits paid will be transferred to your rearranged appointment or refunded if preferred.
Late arrival
If you arrive late for your appointment, your session may be shortened at the practitioner’s discretion to avoid delaying other clients.
Where there is insufficient time to safely deliver treatment, the appointment may need to be curtailed without extension of the session time.
Exceptions
We understand that exceptional circumstances can arise, such as illness or emergencies. While deposits are generally non-refundable, discretion may be applied in genuine unavoidable circumstances.
